Orders

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@chooselightmovement.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters fulfillment.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times:
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please:
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
  • Contact the carrier directly

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, include original tags, and be returned in original packaging. Certain items may be final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email support@chooselightmovement.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
If inventory is available, we may offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Products

How do your products fit?
Most products fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. We recommend reviewing the sizing chart before ordering.
How should I wash my apparel?
For best results:
  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
Will sold out items restock?
Some collections may restock while limited releases may not return. Follow us on social media or subscribe to email updates for restock announcements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment systems.
